my guinea pig gave birth 3 months ago and to day i noticed she has lost tons of weight and grinding her teeth n drinking heaps of water what do i do

Take her to a vet. Loss of weight is a tell tale sign that she is sick. Without further information, I can't speculate on her condition, but if you are worried, a cavy savvy vet is the best option.

she is eating chaf and abit of carrot she is struggling to walk the pet store i brought her from breeds sick guinea pigs i have lost 5 guinea pigs that i brought from them could it be i left her babys in for to long with her

we dont have a vet in geelong that knows much about guinea pigs that i know of and i didnt breed her she was pregant when i brought her she gave birth two days later

At this point, any vet is better than nothing. She needs to be seen if you are so concerned. It will at least give her a fighting chance. Good luck xx.

thanx guys now to find a way to get to the vets one more qustion there have been wild rats hanging around their cages could this be why she is sick
