Help! My guniea pig breaths so weird and it is like a frog!

Right next to the cage, ideally near to where your piggy is or, if you have a large and stable hidey your piggy is in, place it right on top for 15 minutes while the water is making plenty of vapour. ;)
So putting a bowl with steaming water next to the cage for about fifteen minutes daily?

But sometimes steaming water is 100 C ( temperature). Is steam harmful to piggie?
No it is fine as long as it is in a suitable bowl, outside the cage and near it, where it cannot be knocked over, the steam/water vapour provides a moister air around the guinea pigs cage or the room, so it can loosen mucous in the airways..

Thank you! Gotcha! I will try tonight.

No, as long as your piggy is not close enough to be scalded by the steam of boiling water. What you want is the steam coming off warm but not actually boiling water that can injure.

Perhaps, it is like 10 feet away from them?

By the time the water is in a normal food bowl and no longer boiling, the steam rising is no longer dangerous. Next to the cage is perfectly fine.
Do not boil a kettle right next to the cage or anywhere near it. THAT would be too hot!

Gotcha! I would measure the time and keep the bowl next to him after 5-6 minutes after boiling. Is it fine?
