Hi guys! A few weeks ago, I bought a guinea pig that was living in someone’s garden. He was doing really well, but after I gave him a bath yesterday, he started to be really tired and not litter. If anyone has any advice about what to do, I would be greatly appreciated

Hi we are more then happy to answer your question but you'll get more responses if you post this in a separate thread. :)

How long have you had him? How old is he? And by litter I'm guessing you mean he's stopped going to the toilet?

poo output is a sign of what went in 24 hours ago. Is he eating by himself? If not you need to step in with syringe feeding immediately and if he has not eaten for some time I would get to a vets asap as he could be going into gut stasis. We have a very experienced member currently experiencing this and it is very serious. Here is her post Please Send Your Vibes To Pili Pala!

Our guide to syringe feeding is below but please bear in mind that if it is gut stasis you will need medications to get the guts working again and these can only come from a vet
