I'm sorry, but I can honestly say that I haven't checked if there are any similar threads, because there are so many things I wish to ask you brilliant guinea experts about that I don't even know what to call this.
First off, I'll talk a little bit about my sweetheart Coffee, I'm really very worried about her. She got pregnant at a (presumably) young age, honestly no one knows how old she is, the petshops where I live kinda don't want to tell you, or lie to you about it in hope that you'd buy them. Anyways, I think she was young, because she got pregnant with her sibling, and he looked fairly young at least. She had 4 healthy babies, luckily. (They are all in good homes now by the way! Yay!)

She had them, everything was great and all, but then they all got ringworm. No idea how, It just happened. Posted about that here as well because in my country, small pets are not a priority so no one really knows much about them. You sent me in the right direction and they got the mediaction they needed, which I was told was very harsh on their liver. I try to keep that in mind with what's happening right now, in case it's connected somehow.
Anywaay, to the current situation:
Coffee has been showing signs of discomfort while doing her business, and eventually her pee was pink. Okay, blood in urine, not very uncommon in guinea pigs. Googled it and figured it could be a UTI or a kidney stone. Great! called the vet, got an apptment and we did that kinda thing... don't know what it's called, sorry. Like you do to pregnant women, checking inside their stomach... I hope you get it haha. Anyways, they found nothing, except a lump on her kidney, and they honestly could not tell what it was because it was small and hard to see, so they gave me some meds for UTI and some painkillers and told me to hope for the best. They said it could be a tumor, and it could be harmless if it doesn't grow. And it could also be an infection, which was why that area was so swollen.

I've been giving her the meds for three days now, and she still pees blood. She still looks like she's in discomfort, or rather pain? Not sure, I'm not an expert on piggybehavior so it's really hard for me to understand all this.
Some of you might, so I'll sum up all the things I've noticed:
-Peeing blood while being in discomfort
-Chewing at everything, like she is desperate or frustrated or something
-Piggycrying in my ear when I hold her, or ranting if you will
-She barely eats. And I've given her all her favorite veggies.
-She started drinking today, and has been on and off on the bottle today. Not much, though.

And then I have my own conclusion that I actually came up with right before I decided to ask the experts:
Me and my partner used to fight over Coffee, because she was that one who would always make noises while petted, but what if that was her shrieking? It sounds a lot lite the noises she makes when she pees, but that's really rather the only noise she ever makes though. It's really hard to tell, but it didn't seem like she was complaining back then. I'm just making a mess here trying to sum up everything on my mind, but I've never really seen her like this before. I tried touching her butt and stomach, and she started making the sounds immediately,so I tried squeezing her like the vet did, but it didn't escalate. Either she's a pig that complains about everything, or maybe she's been in pain all this time? But if a tumor this size is harmless if it doesn't grow, why the pain? I looked up symptoms for tumors, and they don't really fit either, at least not yet. I honestly have no idea what it could be at all, but I'm really worried that she's been in pain for a long time.
I'm so sorry about the long messy post. I'm really looking forward to hear from you, I need to make sure I'm not letting her suffer on a lost cause. And to be dead honest with you guys, I do not have the funds to pay for a risky operation, I just want her to be happy, and if that's not possible, then at least make sure she doesn't suffer.

She sounds like she is in pain. Did you get pain medication for her? Ideally something that is not impacting on the kidneys as much as metacam.

What kind of antibiotic is she on? if it is baytril, this is well known for killing the appetite as well. We recommend to help counter it with a probiotic.

And did she have an x-ray to check for bladder and/or kidney stones?

I would recommend to go back to the vets as the symptoms should have started to go down by now and search further, espeically as she is till in serious pain.

The pain will also impact on her appetite. Please weigh her daily at the same time and top her up with hand feed.

You're right, it's Bayatril. She also gets Loxicom for the pain. Yes, she did an x-ray, that was actually the word I was looking for in my post. No stones, just this tiny strange lump they couldn't identify. Will call the vet asap to inform her about this. Thank you very much for the tips! :)

Good that she has had an x-ray! That is excluding already a good number of common issues that can be behind the symptoms you are reporting.

If baytril is not working, would your vet consider switching bactrim/septrin instead? Urinary tract infections actually comprise a range of issues, some of which do not react much to antibiotics if you are dealing rather with an inflammation than an infection. However, your vet has covered that angle with the loxicom (which is the same as metacam), so he is actually doing his job quite well.

With urinary tract and kidney issues, drinking is very important. I would recommend to syringe your girl as much water as she will take in one go several times in a day to help flush out the bladder. Hopefully that will additionally help with bringing down the symptoms.

Give a pinch of probiotic about 1-2 hours after any anitbiotic to help prop up the guts.
