Hi. Today I had a delivery from Hello Fresh and inside was a soft fleece like material so I thought I could reuse it for a bed for my pigs or use it under their bedding in the cage to insulate it. Do you think either idea would be OK as I don't want to kust throw it away? Its made from recycled plastic bottles. Its very soft and would be lovely and warm. Please let me know what you think? Thank you x

Hello!

It would help to find out what material it’s made from in case it’s chewed and something in it is toxic. Email HelloFresh, they’ll be able to tell you!

In the meantime, it’s a great idea to use it to insulate, it’s not in reach of the pigs anyway, it is winter after all!

Could even use it to stuff some fleece liners, diy project?

If your piggies already have fleecy items in their cage and don't nibble them it should be fine.
None of mine have ever chewed fleece, but I know others have piggies who do.

The only thing I would do is make sure you wash it first as it may still smell of something tasty and that could tempt them to nibble.
