Help needed!

Hi all,

I'm really stressed as i'm currently syringe feeding Jack who isn't eating. I'm taking him to the rodentologist this evening for his teeth to get checked (which is definately what I think is wrong with him as he wants to eat but doesn't seem to be able to bite). Obviously I realise that if the rodentologist does some work on his teeth he wont be eating straight away so i'll need to keep feeding him. Here lies my problem.

I live in Cheltenham and have a close friend's wedding to go to in Hastings this Saturday. I can't not go! so I was hoping that I could find someone somewhere near that could take him and feed him for Fri eve til sun lunchtime? By near (as i can't see that i'll find anyone in cheltenham) I mean gloucestershire/even bristol/birmingham/even oxford as i'm driving that way to the wedding. Obviously I would supply all materials needed and offer an incentive. I'm so stressed about this :{ I don't want to leave him with a friend here as I dont know anyone piggy friendly and so they couldn't syringe feed him as I find it difficult enough.

Is there anyone out there?/

I would really appreciate any thoughts on any potential rescues you know nearby or anyone who would know piggies!

Sorry I'm too far away... but just wanted to say that I had a boar with very bad teeth problems, and as soon as they were clipped he was back eating again immediately - I hope it's the same for your piggy

I live in Birmingham 10 mins off from J1 of the M5. If you can't get anyone closer to have your piggy, I would be more than happy to help you & Jack.

Rodentologist

Oooh and I'd also be really interested to know who you're seeing... Who is the nearest rodentologist around here?
 
I am 10 miles north of Evesham and have a special interest in gp dental problems, together with syringe feeding.
 
I'm in Birmingham also but I dont have much experience unfortunately. Hope you can find someone to help. Sending lots of hugs to you and gentle hugs to Jack x
