I've had my 2 male guinea pigs for just over a month and when I went to feed them their usual food I noticed a cream/white coloured liquid on the piece of wood that lets them outside it had no lumps in it and had clotted a bit. I did some research and found lots of things but I'm not sure which one it is

I didn't think pigs could be sick, are you sure it isn't just cloudy pee mixed with bedding?

I’m thinking it could be boar glue as well, if it is boar glue it will stink to high heaven and usually quite thick in consistency. If it is a calcium wee it will dry into a powdery texture. Guinea pigs are unable to vomit so it won’t be that.
