help please - fluffy foot looks strange!

please can someone help me. just been having my daily cuddle with fluffy and noticed his foot looks a bit nasty. it doesnt seem to be sore as he ket me touch it and he seems to be walking fine on it. any help will be much appreciated

Looks like fungal - visit to vets, possible culture to diagnose and the anti-fungal/whatever topical treatment to resolve it.

As long as you habe a good vet who is involved all the way, this should be a resolvable porblem that shouldnt; take long.
