I have sringes, hes now eating the grass and celery. I will try sringe feeding the poo, pellets and water.

ive made up poo, pellets, water and sqeezed some orange juiice into it for the vitamin c.

Another thing to consider is Dioralyte - all Pharmacies sell this over the counter in sachets if your piggy has runny poops. Mix a small amount with water and give to him, helps replace lost electrolytes and helps to ward off dehydration.
It all sounds very much 'overload' and worrying but I used this when Harley refused all food/fluids when he was on Baytril, had awful diarrhoea and was extremely poorly 8...if your boy is taking fluids himself or via a syringe, he should remain hydrated. A good thing to do is pinch the fleshy area between his shoulders gently, if the skins easily falls back into place, he's hydrated but if it takes a few seconds, could need more fluids.
Diarrhoea can be a side effect of Baytril and worth contacting your vet to update - they may change it to Septrin (much kinder for their tums and in taste as well)
You can pm me if you wish for any concerns you have, will be on here most of the day between piggy bed washing rolleyes - know how hard it is to see your babies poorly :...

ive just sringe fed him the mixture, he was knawing at the sringe like it was his water bottle. Then he was jumping around my lap a bit. I then put him back and gave him more celery. his diarhhea was like that before he had started the baytril.

What causes his runny poo's ? One of my piggies gets soft poops if he has cucumber or melon so has to be limited :( Does he have too many veggies :)
He certainly sounds as though he's much brighter thank goodness and great that he looks upon the syringe as a food supply, my boar hated it :x

his poos are usual fine they just got runny since hes been ill. :)

update on patches!!.. hes completely better now and back to his usual cheeky self! Thankyou so much for the help xx>>> I will post pictures of him soon x

Yay- that's brilliant news. So happy Patches is better, it puts into perspective how much they really mean to us when they're unwell :)p
