Help Please sore foot on my guinea pig foot

Hi,

Today when i pick him up, i saw a circular red bump on his back of his both foot. His bedding is cloth. There no bleeding or wound. I clean his cage and give him a bathe. I also apply "fast acting gel super clot" to disinfect his foot.

Any advice? is it due to wet bedding so his foot sore?

A little crack in the skin can easily become the beginnings of an infection. Gorgeous guineas sell some "happy soles" product, but if in doubt, have it seen by a vet.

It don't have any wound or crack. It just like ant bite reddish in color.
