I was checking my Guineas nose as i thought it looked a bit crusty when it got a fright and jumped from low position on the ground. The trouble was I have a dog so tried to keep a hold of it and think I gave it even more of a fright. With that and with me already thinking he might be unwell am a little concerned, am I just being over cautious as am a brand New Guinea pig owner, any advice welcome

@Fayedolly11988 Keep him nice and quiet to let him calm down. Keep an eye on him to see if he has been hurt. Also watch him when he eats to see if he's hurt his mouth or teeth on the floor.
