Welcome to the forum! Is there by any chance you would be able to post a picture of the scab on your piggies nose? I, or someone else more experienced could be able to figure out what it is if you post a picture. And it very well could be a fungal infection, or a bite that got infected from another guinea pig. Please take your guinea pig to an experienced small animal vet as soon as possible.
How long have you had your guinea pig? Can you please either upload a picture via the 'attach files' button below your post or by copy/pasting a picture into your post?
