Help Re Lice Please

Yeah sudocream would be a good idea, just make sure you double check with the vets first since some of even the gentlest human treatments can be too strong for a Guinea Pig, gorgeous guineas probably have something for scaly skin. Are your vets good with guinea pigs? It might be an idea to look on the vet finder and see if there's a guinea pig specialist in your area.

Also, please be careful with ivermectin. My Guinea Pig had too many treatments of it and it gave her cataracts. Just a few would be absolutely fine, but try to make sure your vet doesn't give too many.

They will just be having one course fingers crossed. Thanks for the advice for now I am going to change to fleece for a short time, washed at 60 of course in case of germs. I hope to source some different bedding before Xmas fingers crossed. I was toying with aubiose as I wanted cardboard but cant find it locally. I'm sick of dusty megazorb and worried about hay being itchy

I think hay is actually really comfortable for them don't worry too much about that unless you think the brand could be the cause of the lice in the first place, then just change to a different brand. :)
