Was just having cuddles with Gertrude when I discovered this spot type lump on her backside! Anyone have any idea what this is?

It is difficult to say; please have it vet checked. It may be a developing cyst; most likely a harmless sebaceous cyst. Please be aware that we cannot and are legally not allowed to diagnose just from a picture.

Yes, it's a cyst. It's never changed in size or texture, in 2 years. Trouble with draining these is they can come back, and I don't want to put her under anesthetic. She's also lost all her belly fur (alopecia), but is other wise happy, bright, and is the boss pig - edited to add, she's had an x-ray which showed ovaries are normal
