Hi there, I am in need of some advice please! My guinea pig had a fight a few days ago with another of my pigs, and I ended up taking him to the vet as he had an injured ear. He had some pain relief and antibiotics and seems fine now. However, his poos are really tiny and dry, even three days on. He is drinking, I have seen him, and I have also given him tepid water using a syringe. But he is not eating much. Will this pass, or do I need to see a vet? Thanks so much. ps. I have split these two up now, so no further fights will break out.

Your boy has lost his appetite somewhat; this can be down to being alone or to the antibiotics.
If I were you, I'd put them together in a neutral area (obviously under supervision) and see whether your boy perks up noticeably being back with his friend again or not.
