Help sunny jim

Sunny jim is a semi long haired pig most likely a perux abby.
He has finally found a forever home but....I gave him a bath this morning and he started to almost heave when he is breathing.I thought maby it is stress but he is still doing it.he is not to hot and is drinking more than usual.he was grinding his back teeth when handled and i have a vet appointment for him in the morning.He is eating and pooing and peeing fine.we have had exteemly hot weather here for a while but had nasty wet cold weather yesterday and i am worried he has a uri.won't be going anywhere untill we know what is wrong.Anyone have any ideas?

he is still heaving and his chest area feels enlarged.i am hoping it is not anything to do with his lungs or heart
 
I would take him to the vet today as it might be the start of an infection. If he's grinding his teeth he might be stressed or in pain.

Please let us know how the vets appointment goes ... fingers crossed all will be ok for him.

Hi everyone.very very bad news! little boy has an enlarged heart.
my vet is going to consult a specialist as to what our options are and we will go from there.and here i was worrying that he had pasturella or fluid on his lungs

So sorry to hear that. Hopefully with some specialist advice, things will improve.

Thankyou everyone.we are going to try blood thinning medication and he is on medicam.he needs to stay on a special diet which i am trying to make for him now.poor little one he's not even 1yr old yet
