Junior Guinea Pig
The last topic I made was about one of my sick pigs Charlie, he still won't eat solids so nuggets and now veg is out of the question. I've been making a kind of "soup" for him to just lick up, so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about what kinds of soft, squishy veg I can mash up for him?
He has to have his nuggets soaked in water now so they go all mushy, and I've been mixing critical care into it. He likes Oranges, as long as I really squash them up, I've done the same with a Strawberry today and I think he's eaten it. He'll also eat porridge oats, but no hay.
I definitely think he's coming to the end, whenever that may be. He's thin around the back end and he's not as active anymore, but can still do some spurts around the cage! I'm sure there's something wrong with his jaw or teeth, but a vet couldn't find anything and there is no possible way I can afford an xray
