Help! Weird sound when breathing?

I’m calling the vet tomorrow but I’m just wondering if anyone knows what this sound is? She just started doing it about two hours ago out of no where. Eating and drinking fine, going to the bathroom normally. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what this is? I’ve treated her for a URI before but she never sounded like this.

I haven’t gotten an appointment yet. But within an hour she sneezed and is back to normal I think she may have had hay stuck in her nose lol. But of course, as a mom, I freak out and think the worst
