I, um...well. They look ridiculous but at least they're cool. Dare I say it, some of them need a bit more off, but they need baths more.

I keep telling myself it's only hair, it'll grow back. Priority is keeping them cool. I'm kinda proud in a way, for the first time with the clippers by myself. (I normally use scissors and just trim them in a "bob" )

:)) That first pic is very ominous indeed.

Awww.... it seems to be the week for piggy haircuts. Am planning to do Delilah and Minx tomorrow but only with scissors. You're very brave to use clippers. They all look lovely and it will grow back soon. I think in this weather it has to be a case of comfort over fashion. :)

All that hair, the birds would love that for making nests! Seems it's the day for haircuts, in this heat they must really appreciate feeling the breeze on their skin.:)

I expected total carnage after the first picture!

There are certainly some interesting "new looks" being sported here!

Looked like carnage in the first pic! Lol!

But it will grow back, and it's better for the warm weather! :)

Well, I think they look fine - and it's much better to be practical and make them comfortable in this weather. It'll grow back fast enough, anyway.

They look very cool! I have doen the same to my long haired pigies and it does hurt me taking away their lovely hair but they will feel all the better for it!

I did my two long hairs over the weekend :))
I did learn that I cannot cut straight!

will try and put piccies on later

You've done the best thing possible in this weather. I trim my sheltie Treacle all year round because he's in a shed during the warm weather and inside during the cold weather. Also he hates being groomed! And I like to keep his fur short around his bum, for cleanliness.

Hehe... it must feel nice to get rid of all that fur and in a few days it will look much smoother :) Are piggies vain? I know some dogs are (our dog has never cares about clippings or raincoats :) )

It is indeed the week for hair trimming! I trimmed Pebbles hair (She is a merino so is thick as week as long) and she seems alot perkier now!

My message doesn't make much sense lol don't know what happened there- i meant to say "She is a merino so her hair is thick as well as long"

Awww they are still gorgeous Laura x)
I cut Billy's hair the other day & he was so embarrassed that he turned his pigloo to the wall & didn't come out for the rest of the afternoon :red
