Help with diet- amounts of veg and pellets

I’ve recently gotten 3 10 week old sows, and I’m confused on the quantity of pellets to feed them, with my two older boars they get a 1/4 cup scoop of science selective pellets, but I’m not sure how much to feed my sows. I have this same question about veg
 
Technically three sows need three tablespoons of pellets and three cups of veggies each day.

But some people feed less or no pellets. I feed more than a cup of veggies each for my two boars and 1 tablespoon of pellets to share.

I am planning to feed each sow a tablespoon of pellets and a cup of veg each, i was cautious that it may have been too much
 
Pellets should be a maximum of one tablespoon per pig per day.
So by a Google conversion 1/4 cup seems to be 4 tablespoons which means your two boars are being over fed pellets. I would recommend you switch to using a tablespoon measure to ensure they are not being given more than they need

Veg is one cup per pig per day.
With young piggies though you need to introduce new foods one at a time and very gradually

You go by volume not weight - so it is one cup of veg per pig per day
You can’t go by grams due to the differing densities of veg - you’d get a lot of lettuce for say 50g but not much cucumber due to it being more dense so going by weight doesn’t really work

The diet guide I linked in shows a sample plate of a portion size of different veg so that may help.

Just make sure you only introduce one new veg at a time and ensure their digestion is coping with it before introducing something else.
