Help with guinea pig stuff - zooplus !

hi i dont know if any of you use zooplus but i want to as theres some good stuff for piggies and was wondering why i cant buy stuff , it says credit card invalid or something, can you use like natwest cards or something to buy loads of toys for my guineas? :)
 
I have never used it - maybe their link to the banking sites are down at the moment? ?
 
I love zooplus, i ordered £35 worth of guinea pig treats from them approx 2 months ago. I was so impressed i will be ordering again soon. Check that they accept your type of credit card and make sure that you enter in the correct details. Otherwise try again in a day or two as they may be experience problems with payments.
 
hi thanks, i dont know what number to put in, can any1 help it says something about the last 5 digits and I'm confused, I'm using my natwest card is that ok? ?
 
I think zooplus only take credit cards like visa and so on. I have a natwest card so was upset when it doesnt take my card.
 
Zooplus except all cards that are delta.electron or visa displayed on them if its a debit card thats fine :) The only cards they wont take are cash point only cards. Hope that helps :)
 
Make sure you are putting in the correct numbers..card number is the longest one across the card, they will require the expiry date and you may have to put in start date too. If it is a switch, you have to put in the issue number, this will be 01, 02, 03 etc, depending how many of that card you have been issued and the ccv number is the last 3 digits on the back of your card where your signature is. Hope this is of some use!
 
By 'Natwest card' do you mean a card you get money out the cash point with? Or is it actually a debit/credit card?
Does it have VISA written on it?
 
Is it a Solo card (does it have the Solo symbol on the front?). I used to have a Natwest debit card when I was 17 and they only offered Solo until you were older, I found a lot of places did not accept Solo cards.

hi ive just told my mum i want something ordering so I'm going to collect from someone and she then said her boyfriend had a visa card, i was like omg ::) so sorry to mess you around but i am all sorted now thanks alot anyway for wanting to help and ive just spent £30 on my piggies as i usually do each month on just accessories and toys thats not including any bedding or food or anything JUST treats and toys, lol :) thanks alot anyway O0
