I don't know where to post this , so appologies if this is wrong place.
I now have 5piggy boys living in pairs except one grouchy boy!
We would love to .build a guinea pig village for them right across the back wall of our spare bedroom. My dear hubby is willing to do all the work but we need to find a guinea pig safe sealant and glue to seal gaps and uprights etc. He is hoping to use heavy duty corex plastic panels.
All ideas gratefully received.
Thanks, Diane

I have heard of people using aquarium sealant. As it's non toxic due to it being used for fish tanks.

But duct tape would be ok for the outsides to hold it together. You can get it in different colours/patterns. I wouldn't put any duct tape inside the cage as if yours are like mine they will eat it.

thanks everyone for advice, I will google aquarium sealant , find out some more.
Hubby feels he might use plastic roof sheet type panels for the base of the shelf units. We are thinking of doing this unit 3 shelves high right across wall of spare bedroom . Giving 9 foot long panels that are 2foot wide out from the wall and that have about 20 inches between each one so can lean in to remove bedding, clean etc. whole front will hinge down he says. I cant seem to visualize it at the moment, but hope he knows what he's doing. With 5 piggies requiring housing I need something simple, easy access and very easy to clean. All suggestions greatfully received.
