Don't worry, it's an integral part of being a boy Guinea pig. He's basically saying 'I'm a tough guy, hear my deep voice, see my cute wiggle'. One of mine has given up walking and just rumblestruts all the time. Watch for the 'chin offs' too, which is when they see who's nose can go highest. I love boars. Lol
