Well we were totally in love with the 3 little piggies we met this morning and have put a reserve on them all subject to our home check. The thing is we are going to rename them all as their names are hard for the kids to say and we don't really like them. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a gorgeous trio of girls. I will post some pics and would love to hear your ideas.

Thanks in advance x

daisy, clover and buttercup (grows all on the lawn)
toffee, fudge and caramel
chocolate, vanilla and strawberry
pizza, burger and kebab
rosemary, marjorie and lavender (herbs)

Hopefully that gves you some ideas...

They are beauties, congrats on reserving them!

What kind of names do you like? The most popular tend to be traditional names, food names, and floral names. For each of those, some examples could be:

Traditional names
Charlotte, Emily, Isabel
...or...
Delilah, Mabel, Ruby
...or...
Florence, Emma, Tabitha

Food names
Minstrel, Rolo, Wispa

Floral names
Jasmine, Daisy, Lily
...or...
Holly, Poppy, Rose

If you do have any ideas of any theme you'd like between the names, you might get a few more ideas. :)

I haven't thought of a theme but Ilove the idea of food! All of these are absolutely fabulous. The chocolate ones are brilliant, keep them coming, thanks again x

i think jemima really suits her name - she looks very dignified.
you could start with that and use other Beatrix potter names
Becca

You can name them after games, children's stories, tv characters or their behaviour, like wiggly, wheeky, whiffy.

Or nuts : acorn, hazel and nutty
Fruit: peach, pear and plum
Texture: silk satin and velvet

nelly, nutty, and butter?

i like the name "fatty mc fat fat" LOL. i dont know what draws me to it. but its way too long of a name:))

I'm going character crazy here

names you could mix and match from Tinkerbelle

Tinkerbelle
Silvermist
Fawn
Iridessa
Rosetta

Mickey mouse

Meeska
Mooska
Mini

Alice
Thumberlina
Beauty

ohb gosh I'm out of names goodluck xx

what were their names:)

They are curently Jemima, Cottontail and Tiggywinkle.

I am loving these names everyone, thanks for all the ideas.

My daughter has come up with Marley, Minnie and Maisie. I like Parsely, Sage and Rosemary.

I will let you know when we have decided what we picked. It's such a big decision!

Maybe you'll have to have a shortlist, and then actually decide once you've got the pigs.

Of all the pigs who have come through my home in recent years (including my current ten), only one actually used the name we decided before we got her, and that is my lovely Delilah Grace. Elijah and Errol are also keeping their names, just keeping their second names secret for now.

All the other pigs had a shortlist of names - or no ideas of names at all. I have two baby names books exclusively for the purpose of naming piggies. :))
