I accidentally logged out of "theguineapigforum" while using tapatalk, and now every time I attempt to log back in (via tapatalk) I get the following alert:
ACCESS DENIED
THIS FORUM IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER!

:((((((

Anyone have any ideas? I HATE accessing it using web from my cell- tapatalk was SO MUCH EASIER!

Oh, and the other two forums I belong to about piggies let me log back in no problems! :(

PS. There will be no GUS pics or videos until this is fixed as the forum not letting me back in was the one that allowed me to do such things... *sad*
 
The forum crashed last night. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Does anyone know who attends to such matters when a crash happens? I can (obviously) still get on via the web but am DESPERATELY trying to re-login with tapatalk! I even went so far as to completely delete tapatalk from my phone (I have no computer) and reinstall it from scratch... And ALL other forums worked fine, just not the one I wanted most! GRRRRRRRRR
 
Lol. That's not good. @Falken is the tech genius. Not sure if can help with tapatalk though.
 
Tapatalk has been a pain in the neck from our perspective ever since we first started to support it, they were on their last chance and unfortunately blew it so it's gone, never to return. :) In terms of security, privacy and performance it was an absolute basketcase.

It's best to use your phone's browser and we'll work a way out for you to upload pictures.

Thanks! I'm no technical genius, but apparently when threatened with the loss of my favorite forum, this single momma gets done!
BTW, Billy, who or where do I turn to potentially get my user name changed from mom4ruby to mom2gus? Is that even possible? Any help would be great, thanks!

@Falken - not sure if you knew this or if it is of any interest but photobucket now have an app (iPhone, not sure about android). You can now upload photo to TGPF using photobucket while on phone. The app also syncs with the online account so all photos that you put on the app also go on t'interweb - I have found it really easy and it means you can put photos on wherever you are!
