Iceburg lettuce has no nutrition and is really just made up of water. It is best not to feed it as it fills up a guinea pig and can stop them eating hay but for no nutrition.
My two love romine lettuce so they normally get that as a basic - plus some other random veges like celery, carrots and capsicum. They ignore the brussel sprouts though, not fans.
I would only give you piggies lettuce occasionally - e.g. twice a week. It has no nutritional value - so the only reason to give it is for some variety in their diet.
