I noticed that my pig, Frodo, has 2 scabs on his left side, 1 on his side and 1 behind his ear. I give him baths once a week and brush him. I thought it might be his nails that cut him, but I cut his nails. I didn’t see any mites or lice on him. I don’t know what to do

First of all, that's a little often to bathe your pig! Be careful not to overbathe them or they could get dry skin. Really the only thing you can do is to see a vet! It could be ringworm or any number of things. Also while handling him make sure you use gloves and really sanitize yourself afterwards, fungal issues can be very contagious. Time for a vet appointment!

Take him to the vets ASAP. Once a week baths is not necessary unless it is for a medical reason as piggies get stressed out by baths. If Frodo is getting messy around his bits just give him a bum bath and trim the fur around his rear end so it is nice and short and then it won't get so messy. Mites are difficult to see and should only be treated after on veterinary advice. It could be fungal. Its is difficult to advise you as we are not vets we are just ordinary members who love piggies and are trying to help other members.

Welcome to the forum, if I where you I'd take him to the vet there are a number of things which can cause scabby patches, so you really need an expert's advice

Welcome to the forum! Mites are invisible to the naked eye so it could still be a possibility. You'll definitely need to take him to the vets.

Has he got a friend? Is he showing symptoms?

Guinea pigs should only be bathed once to twice a year, or only when necessary. I have only bathed 1 of my 5 pigs this year and that's because he was having a stinky pus issue. It could be that he's being bathed too much, taking the oil out of his skin and drying it out which could make him itch and bite himself. This could cause infection so again would need vet treatment.

Hi and welcome!

Too much bathing is not good for the skin. Most boars get away with a weekly wipe of her bits or a a gentle wash of their dirty bum end just with hand warm water.
Here is our boar care guide: Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths

Please see a vet. The scabs are most likely either the beginning of a fungal infection, mange mites or a skin irritation from over-bathing. We cannot decide that; it needs a hands-on examination to get a diagnosis and the correct treatment. Please do NOT treat your piggy on spec before you see a vet. They won't thank you for wiping the 'crime scene' off any useful clues and making it very hard/impossile to make an informed diagnosis.
