To be honest, it's difficult to tell, looks like food. Can you see if the skin underneath is red or flakey?

Thanks for the reply. The skin underneath isn’t red and i hadn’t thought about it being food. It looks like it is growing out of his skin like his hair, not stuck to it though. So i think i am going to take him to the vet and see what they think it is

I've had a stubborn poop before stuck to a foot and thought it was something else...lol try a little warm water and some cotton wool, if nothing comes away and it has a bump and definitely attached. Yes a vet visit is a good idea.

It looks like a fungal stripe to me, my georgie had one but it’s gone now.Id recommend a vet check anyway, they should be able to give you some cream.
