Hi everyone, I’m a bit worried about this shape on Lottie? She shares a cage with Mable. Mable is definitely a girl I’ve had her checked and checked myself.

Is that unusual she looks like that? She is very round.

As @xToNix has said IS she eating drinking acting normal? Any increase in weight?

Poor wee scone. I took her to the vets on Monday & they weren’t sure what it would be; ovarian cysts, cancer, kidney or liver issues. They could of operated but there was no guarantees she’d pull through. Piggies aren’t good under Anesthetic & the after care can be hard as you all know trying to get them to eat. I took her home to mull things over and she died this morning. Dear me! So fast. I had her 4 years. Sad times.

Oh my goodness...I am very extremely sorry for your loss

Thank you! I have Mable on her own but decided no more. I’ll keep an eye on her. She’s only been with Lottie for just under a month I paired them in January after getting Mable to keep her company after her wee pal died.
