Hi
I was just wondering what people suggest i should do with my guinea pig pancake when i go away?
i live in norfolk but am from plymouth originally and travel back home for a weekend every now and then. i am worried about leaving pancake along from a friday til sun. can someone pls give me some advice!
Thanks
xx

have you got friends or family nearby that you trust to check on pancake and change his/her water?

Hi Jen :)p

I leave mine overnight sometimes (i.e feed them and give everyone two water bottles, lots of hay etc) if I'll be back early enough the next day. If it's longer than that, I usually get someone to pop in and feed them - you're lucky in that it won't take someone long to feed yours - it tends to take people hours to do mine because there are so many and they want to cuddle them all! rolleyes

If you're going away for any length of time I would be happy to have Pancake and baby pink eyed pig here, I realise it's probably the wrong direction from you but the offer's there if you need it!

Thanks, I could probably ask my neighbour to pop in, we only go on a friday evening and come back sunday evening. If we go away for a week or so I would gladley take you up on your offer!
Thanks x
