I agree. Call a vet right away. We can't diagnose over the internet as we don't know the size, and we don't have the experience or tools, but a vet will.

She's doing well.

duke ate a jewel off my jeans about week n half ago it was stuck in his back teeth n he kept grinding it and griding it, and i was getting increasingly worried and about to call the vet and he spat it back out luckily! he will eat anything that little guy
