Hi all :)
Found couple lumps on my Henry yesterday 3 year old gorgeous boar.
Mobile and grape shaped under chest and by shoulder. He is very fit active piggie and cant believe we did not notice as he is groomed regularly and had bath last week ! He weighs 3lbs ! and is lovely chunky boar.
Hope its nothing sinister he is going to the vets tomorrow just to get it checked.

It DOES sound like fatty lipoma, which is benign, so keeping all paws and whiskers crossed here for a good outcome

Good luck for the results, definitely a good idea to have them checked.

A couple of my pigs have fatty lipomas, just behind their "armpits". I panicked at first too, found the first one 3 years ago, but have since come across others in other pigs and know the feel of them now.

My Ronnie's lump was behind his foreleg/armpit area. It was very hard and pea sized which worried me so that's why I got it removed. I sent it off for histology and it came back as a type of lipoma that they said is common in older piggies (he's 5 ish).

Fingers crossed all will be well for Henry xx:)
