Yeah unless we know what you want to treat, we can't really advise. Gorgeous Guineas is very good and I believe Chrissie does post to Oz.
 
You means as preventation? If so then I've never used them, had pigs over a year and never had a problem (touchwood)

As a cure, then absolutely not in my opinion, as guineas can go down hill so quickly then it is important they get proper treatment that we know works from vets etc. :)
 
For minor ailments like Lice and some fungal then I use Gorgeous Guineas, Galens Garden which is fantastic. But for things like URI's, UTI's etc etc then vet job. :)
