aww I'm sorry hon, but i guess at least you have something to work on now you have a diagnosis, and there is a little hope there for Nibbler.

Really really wish him well xx

Poor Nibbler, at least you do have a diagnosis now.

Mine have had bladder issues and are currently on an IC diet.

Unfortunately, we've had to make the very hard decision to have Nibbler pts. He is really suffering now and was sitting in his cage whimpering, despite being given Tramadol for the pain. He doesn't want to eat, despite the fact that he can, he doesn't want to drink and giving him medicine and critical care is becoming more and more traumatic for both of us.

It would be selfish to prolong his suffering, but needless to say, I'm absolutely devasted. 8...8...8...8...8...

We are taking him to be pts tonight at 5.40pm.

I'll do a tribute for him when I feel upto it.

I'm in tears for you, I know you have did everything you can for him. I am so sorry.

Nibbler is a pig that I think often of x

I have just caught up with your thread, I am so sorry for you, I had to do the same yestorday and I felt sick inside, today I feel better that I did the right thing and ended the suffering, you will feel the same in time, sometimes the hardest thing to do is the best thing to do and you can always be at peace with yourself in the fact that you REALLY DID do everything you could to give your piggy a chance,
Wheeks from us xxxxxxx
