He’s Growing So Fast!

This is my Henry, I got him when he could fit perfectly in my hand at 3 months old. Now he’s the size of my forearm if not longer! He’s now 6 months old and more than doubled his size when I got him.
When I first got Henry he was so scared of everything; never came out of his house, refused to eat vegetables, and only came out at night. Currently his favorite treat is the small bit of apples I give him and his favorite spot to perch is on his house. I can’t believe how big he’s gotten and how his personality comes out more and more!

Yes, he has a buddy with him; a beautiful cream and white abyssinian. I love them both so much and I’m just amazed how fast Henry has grown in such a short amount of time!
It’s strange, I used to be so creeped out by his red eyes now I can’t imagine him without them. They compliment his red fur to haha

It’s so nice to have a place to talk to people that are so into guinea pigs! This guys name is Gizmo, he’s about 14-15 months. I adopted him from a sanctuary in town. He was abandoned by his owners in a small cage with another guinea pig in summers heat. He’s such a sweetie and is more like a dog than a piggy.

Males do grow pretty quickly, Hovis came with a question mark over her age (confirmed male now), I reckon minimum of 6 to 8 months, pretty young and a good age to settle in quickly I hope.
