Heeey Roi is washed and cut FairPlay he was pretty good!

The bum bath was fine he didn’t seem too bothered. Nail cutting was a no go I wanna keep my relationship with my guinea pigs going to leave that to the professionals

How does everyone cut their guinea pigs? I did it with scissors but that could sooooo go wrong with a wiggly bum! It took me a very long time but worth it. Also took your advice with the hairdryer. He only loved it. Whaaat didn’t see that coming

Does anyone use a shaver? I’ve got dog cutters?

I use a pet nail cutter, like this. Two are drama queens and the other two are ok

It takes only about a minute to cut all of Lara's nails. I use a towel to hold her, and a big plastic bin to put her in so she doesn't run away.
It takes close to 5 minutes to cut all of Finn's nails because he complains a lot so I have to give him breaks in between. Like you said, I want to keep good relationship with my boy so I have to take time when grooming him.

I use a tunnel when cutting my long haired boy Finn's bum hair, as shown below. When he is inside this tunnel, he lets me cut his bum hair. In this picture, he is eating parsley and I work on cutting off his bum hair. I cut the rest of his hair while he is in the big plastic bin. It never comes out looking professional though.

I give Betsy a very fashionable wedge cut at The Ironing Board Salon every 6 weeks in the summer and when it gets really hot in the summer she has her Grade 6 summer hairdo with the pet clippers (she looks very strange for 24 hours as she will only let me do 1 side at a time).

that reminds me I need a new pair of these! I was grateful that Pippins and Winny's were cut for me yesterday by the rescue! Saves me a job!
