HG's Christmas Shoot 2008

While my parents took the twins out for the day, I had the pigs downstairs one at a time for the Christmas photo shoot in front of the main tree. I am pretty pleased with how they all turned out. Dexter did not want to pose today, but everyone else was pretty good.

Wonderful piccies as always Laura, Franklyn is truly scrummy what an adorable little face, I love Saffron's hairdo and Jasmine's nose in the air is SOOOO cute.

You know that pic of Franklyn is the ONLY one out of 30 I took of him that actually turned out not blurry. I can't use flash as his red eyes turn into devil eyes, so it has to be natural light. He does not sit still, he moved his head a few degrees each time I pressed the shutter leaving me with all blurry pics, aside from that one.

They do get Christmas gifts. This year they have 16 cuddlecups (two each), some goodies from The Hay Experts and they have just moved into their early xmas present - a 3x7 cage with new funky fleece and new bowls. I will get pics once the second level is up (only a small 2nd level - I've had enough of multi-levels!).

After the success with the pigs photo shoot, I also did the first ever 'official photo shoot' with my 2yr old brother and sister. If I can get the pigs to be good, I can get the twins to be good! Not so easy. My sister loved the whole setup, my brother refused to get involved.

I know what you mean about them moving at the last minute - most of my pig pics are of turned heads / bums!
