Sorry I disappeared for a while, the seizure brain has been getting me! :crazy: Been feeling rather 💩 so not done much, but having a sort of good couple of days so thought I better let my forum friends know I’m alive!
Obviously the beasts have kept me busy at vets so I couldn’t have too much of a rest though! :roll:

Daisy the cat (16 next month!) had a bad reaction to her jabs, vomiting and off food for days and a big old lump popped up where her injection was, scared me for a few weeks but all good now, her usual moany self!

Cleo, Jaspy and Luigi all doing fab, Cleo has been great and not causing me much bother at all! But Luigi is yet to get that gorgeous 🍑 back, although the pot belly is amusing! :)) He’s actually a bit more active which is always good with him the lazy git!

Bony butt!
But a bit of sad news about my beautiful Lolo, been having pee problems and is peeing orange (although looks a little like blood) but is showing no signs of blood or infection in wee tests. (Same as my RB Jess so I kind of knew already before vets!) Took her to C&R yesterday (as they were off last week because of hols typically!) and sadly it looks like she’s got lymphoma :(:(:(
Kim can’t give an 100% diagnosis as it looks like we’ve caught it in the very early stages and could have been caused by kidneys not right etc, but they don’t feel too bad 🤷‍♀️ She’s got 3 lymph nodes swollen, Kim wasn’t looking or sounding too hopeful so obviously I’m gutted.
If she’s doing ok in a few weeks I’m taking her back, she’s on metacam daily for now. But obviously if it’s lymphoma she’ll be getting very ill pretty soon :(
I’m trying to stay hopeful, she’s happy and eating well for now, just a little quiet. And shock horror, Luigi’s looking after her and being a gentleman! :yikes::))

She’s the loveliest, sweetest little angel so really hope me and her man have got lots more happy time to come, or we’ll both be heartbroken!

But a bit of good news and I’ll do a proper thread about them soon, but I have 5 new sticky wicky babies! This is one of my lovely girls called Maple shaking her thang :D:wub:

Hello. I’m so sorry Lolo is unwell. I hope she has lots more happy days ahead of her. Sending healing vibes your way. Poor old lady Daisy. Glad she’s now on the mend but such a worry for you at the time.
 
Oh no, poor Pepper, I’m sorry. Bloody abscesses! 😡 I’ll have a read and catch up in the morning as I’m going to go and eat now, but sending you both big hugs x

Sorry about Daisy too, sounds a worry for that gorgeous old girl.

Thank you, didn’t want to tell you bad news on your hol after we’d been! Thought kidneys like RB Jess and turns out that horrible thing like RB cat Rosie, who both died 2 years ago at this time! 🙈 Really hoping lots of lovely Lolo time for us both!
Daisy did worry me but phew!
Thanks, I’m alright, don’t think it’s quite sunk in yet as she’s doing so well atm but slightly dreading the next few weeks stressing tbh!

Sorry to hear the news about Lolo too, but I know you will give her lots of happy todays.

Thanks so much everyone, I’m hoping seizures will calm down a bit soon, they have been driving me mad and making me sore! So glad my cages are on the floor so I can sit down to poo pick! :)) Thanks for the kind words ☺️

Lolo seems to be peeing either very dilute pee (like water with a few drops of pee in) or very orange, but I cleaned her cage earlier and the stains aren’t looking as bad as they did at all. She’s also drinking less water, but that could be the weather too! Bad timing with heat and then not so much 🤦‍♀️
But she will be spoilt rotten anyway whatever happens, already had her new carrot cottage chomping going on! :D

So fingers crossed she starts sorting herself out and lots more happy time for us all. She was popcorning when out earlier so can’t be feeling too bad right now! :wub:

Sorry to make you sad @YvonneBlue, she’s been such a lovely piglet and has changed so much from the terrified lonely girl she was! Love her so much! And I would have only got to have this two and a half years with her so far because of lovely you and @eileen and your amazing piggy train from Devon so thanks so much again :hug:xx

Even my meds now through Lloyd’s pharmacy, so much easier without my silly Rugby one messing me around and not getting them on time! But thanks so much for the offer, I’m very touched! Thanks Claire, nice to see you too! Thanks a lot, they’ve been nonstop for a while, then a week off then back on again, brain feels a bit frazzled! Thank you, very sad about my girl but I’m trying to stay hopeful it’s the small chance she’s just a bit off atm being an older piggy and a bit under the weather, not the horrible thing! So will just take each day as it comes like I did with Jess, she’s getting all the tasties she wants and can do what she wants too! :D:))

Very sorry for your brain playing up. I’m still no further along with mine. Yes, take each day as it comes with Lolo and enjoy whatever time you have left together xx Sadly Edward isn’t well with his teethies and the vet has made matters worse so him and the girls are off to Wiebke’s today so she can take him to cat and rabbit. I managed to get him an appointment on 18th July but she’s going to try and have him seen sooner Edward: dental problems xx

Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear about gorgeous Edward :( I’m so glad he’s being seen at C&R, really hope they can get him feeling much better soon bless him. Sure he’ll have a lovely time staying with Wiebke again with his ladies too :) So sorry, sending you all huge hugs and I’ll read his thread now :hug:xx

Think Gigi’s forum rear of the year award needs to be revoked! :)) Still got his crease but not much junk in his trunk anymore! He’s having extras but not sure he’s getting it back! 😆
It was his 3rd Gotcha Day on the 2nd June too, forgot to mention that too! :)

Aw thanks so much @rhymer, gutted but at least she’s happy and comfortable at the moment. So nice of you, thank you :hug: Hope she’s had a good time here anyway, she’s such a little star, and the quiet one that never causes any bother bless her! Hope you and the lovely beasties are ok :) xx
