Agree. If it has not come off yet, gently bathe the area with warm (not hot) water and when softened, try and remove it with a cotton bud. It may take more than one soak. If it doesn't come off after a few goes, or looks attached, a vet visit may be in order.It looks like caked on squishy poo to me?
