Have been reading through ALL the posts on food , I think I've cracked it with the fresh stuff but which food do I use . Currently on Wagg and they love Gerty .
I know there's a pellet but I like the choice they get with the usual stuff and they eat it all they dont select .

Hi!

I have to feed one of my gp's the usual mixed food as he doesn't like the pellets,he is very fussy!

And then sometimes the others can get like this!But I find if i change their food from time to time it helps!Sometimes the food I normally get is not available!

But that's just mine! Every pig is different - and if you gp likes the mix and doesn't pick at it too much then he/she should be fine!

Gerty Guinea food used to have colourants in it so I wouldn't personally give it to piggies. It can give false positives for diabetes according to the CCT. Wagg is what they recommend, or pellets. Good luck!

The Wagg is good, I had mine on Cavy Cuisine, very expensive thinking it was the best but I read on here in some cases it may contribute to stone formation So they're finishing off the bag they have then they are going on the Wagg Optimum which Bailey very kindly sent me a sample of and they enjoy it xox
