I accidently dropped my guinea pig today and ever since she hasn't been moving or anything I've been keeping her warm but not sure if she is still with us in shock or if she is really gone can someone help me out?
 
Welcome to the forum
She may well be in shock but if you are concerned in any way take her to be checked by a vet. This will just ensure there is no injury.
Meanwhile - keep her warm and quiet.
Make sure she can get to food and water without having to move.
Put a favourite veggie under her nose.
