Recommended Guinea Pig Rescues
Hello, sorry you had to give up your piggies, here is a link above for the recommended rescues. Also you could look on the Forum tab for Guinea Pigs looking for a new home, where there are photos and a brief description of piggies looking for a new home from private and rescues. Good luck, let us all know how you get on x

Aw, looking forward to see some photos of your little ladies x

If you aren't adopting from a rescue please satisfy yourself as to their health and their pregnancy status. I'd recommend a very early vet check to be sure that you aren't going to be adopting more than just 2 piggies.

I'm collecting them Saturday now and taking then straight to my work I'm a vet nurse and getting them vet checked

Women bever replied when tried to arrange collection. Heartbroken

Sadly my experience is that is very common with freeads. The same mentality also reserves a rescue space at 2 or 3 rescues and goes silent on all rescues when attempts are made to finalise drop off.

You are far better adopting from Reta or another rescue if you can find a pair.

Oh no that’s awful bless you. It’s infuriating when people mess you about like that, so inconsiderate:cen:

There’s plenty of guinea pigs out there looking for a loving owner like you though! Why not look at local rescues again? I had an amazing experience adopting two pigs from a rescue, and the money I paid for them went to a good cause. They also go back there for holiday boarding! Good luck. I’m looking forward to seeing pictures of your new piggies very soon x
