So I have a guinea pig and she’s not doing well we don’t know what’s wrong with her and we don’t have to money to take her to the vet i was wondering if there’s medicine that I can buy at a store please help I love her so much for her to die or be in pain

Hi, I'm sorry you're in this situation! Unfortunately we are not veterinarians and are not able to diagnose anything over the internet for you. Is she losing weight/not eating? What exactly is going on? Maybe we can at least give you some ideas. If she is not eating, you can try mixing her dry food with some water and syringe feeding it.

I’m afraid no one will be able to diagnose what’s wrong apart from the vet. Are you able to able to borrow some money from a relative or friend? Or maybe ask the (any cavy savvy) vets and see if they would be willing to set up a payment plan.

Is she still eating and pooing? How exactly is she behaving?

Well she eating good but she can’t walk good we had the same problem with her like 2 years ago and we just hand fed her and a couple days past she was all better but that time he jumped out my hand and into her cage and hit her foot on her hunt she’s not really pooping we’re giving her stuff that has fiber in it she poops a little I don’t know if she hurt her foot again or what

If she isn't pooping then she isn't eating enough. Ideally you need to see a vet to find out what is wrong and, if she is in pain, to get her pain relief too. In the meantime please step in with mushing up some pellets in water and syringe feeding her to make sure she is getting enough in. Please see these guides:
Not Eating, Weight Loss And The Importance Of Syringe Feeding Fibre

We recommend putting some money aside every month so that when the time comes you have a fund to pay for the necessary vet fees.
