I REALLY do not know if this goes here but i saw 'Behaviour' In the name.

How do i make my guinea pig (Toffee) Like me more? I got him all the way back in May and its currently October. He doesn't seem to like me at All.

What behaviour are you seeing to make you think he doesn’t like you?

You need to bond with him and usually through offering food is the best way! Offer food from your hand, sit by his cage and talk to him. If he takes food from you, and doesnt always run off when you approach his cage, then you have his trust that is great and you have a bond and he does like you!

That may be the most you get though - most piggies don’t like being held or picked up. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t like you, that is perfectly normal behaviour for a prey animal

Toffee has a friend who is a girl. They've been with eachother ever since ive gotten them. They are both the same and I kinda get sad to think I'm doing something wrong. don't really have an ACTUAL idea why he seems to not like me.

They were both from PetCo.

It can take a lot of time and patience for them to accept food. My most confident piggy took 6 weeks but the most nervous one took a year and a half before he was brave enough to take food from me or stop running away from me. Slow, steady and putting in the time with him worked in the end.

How old were they when you got them? Pet shop piggies are normally more shy as they're not socialised so are unsure of people. It takes time like @Piggies&buns said. So don't be disheartened. What I did was offer some food, leave your hand there for a few minutes, if they don't come to you, don't worry. Simply place in on the ground where your hand was and step away. A lot of it is positive reinforcement/conditioning which takes time but they're quick learners
