Hi, Welcome to the forum.
I am sure you will find it a really useful place to get all the help you need with looking after a guinea pig. I am sure you will find everyone really friendly and happy to help!

When did you buy your guinea pig? What is he/she called? Where do they live e.g. outside or in?

Hi and welcome to the forum I'm sure you will love it!

I was new to piggies but I have had mine for nearlly 2 years now.
I have 2 girls called Roxy and Fizz.

Have fun! :))

He looks like he will be living inside to be honest he has got a hutch in the shed but my partner has took a fancy to him and says he can live inside so i am going to get him a nice indoor cage

We brought him from the pet shop i only went in for some tap safe for my fish tank looked at the animals and he came straight to me

We have named him harvey

Hiya. Welcome to the forum.

Harvey is a great name - one of my cats is called that. :)

You'll really enjoy the forum - everyone is really nice and helpful.

He's lovely and it's really nice that he enjoys sitting with you like that - it means he feels safe with you.
Anyway, like the others have said, welcome to the Forum - it's a really good place to be and if you need to know anything, there'll be someone who can give you the answer.

He is just gorgeous... and those markings on his face make him look a bit of a character.

Harvey is lovely.
I noticed that you have put straw in the box, are you giving Harvey hay aswell?
It is essential he has hay to eat, aswell as his dry food and veggies.

Welcome! He is a stunner and love the name too. Have you considered getting him a friend though? Ideally he should live with another guinea pig, it is important for them, like you have your 2 rabbits together i assume from what you said.

Hi and welcome.

It is always great to have new guinea lovers. I got my first ones about 7 years ago now and now I run a rescue centre. It is a bug:)

When choosing an inside cage for your harvey have a look at cavy cages first for an idea of size. The ones sold in the pet shops are not always designed or sold big enough.
