Canada, eh?
Ivan has a bit of a hoarse voice. He can purr and and rumble, but he squeaked two times to Cookie last night and it sounded hoarse. He isn't lethargic, he eats his fave treats and he drinks water. What could be wrong? Is he talking to Cookie too much? I don't think it's URI, his bowel movements are normal, and I clean his cage out weekly and pick up any soiled material daily. I also wipe his cage daily. I'm confused and worried. :(

I would not worry too much; if he is not lethargic and eating well... just watch him closely to see if you notice any other problem.

Ok, THanks. I feel a bit better now. (But then, I worry about things wayyyy too much.) I booked a vet appointment for him and Cookie (who has UTI.) Thanks. :)

I know what you mean, I am also a great worrier!
So you have the vet appointment, and then the vet will see if anything is wrong, and hopefully everything is ok and you can relax. Good luck!

I have a few pigs who have never wheeked normally, when they do try their voice is merely a whisper or a hoarse quiver!

My normally silent pig was muttering away to me while I was bathing her earlier; her voice was barely more than a whisper. I thought it was lovely to have her chatter to me, she's never uttered a sound to me before, I wondered why she was being unusually vocal...then I realised she was telling me she needed to poop!

That's funny, it gave me a laugh. :) Ivan, I believe, is perfectly healthy (and silent, like your piggy!) When Ivan talks to Cookie it's quite loud, but it's very hoarse. (I just don't really get it, because he purrs and rumbles all the time.) Thanks, I feel better. :)
