It's really obvious in this picture - Is it fungal? it's dry, have been putting clotrimazole cream on it for a couple of days, it's not red or sore.
No improvement though :(

Old age this end, I can't see anything obvious!
If it is a fungal problem it will take about 3 weeks to get better.
If it is just dry skin then Bepanthen ointment or Aloe Vera ointment should sort it out quite quickly.

Looks a bit like the "fungal nose stripe" we've talked about a few times. With debate on whether it's actually fungal or not! Is it a small stripe of bumpy skin?

Correct it its fungal, you need to scratch it off with your nail and take of the first layer of skin, it will bleed, but only pin prick blood spots :( I hate doing this but it works. Then add the cream you are using on it already, once in the morning and once at night, Currently doing this to 5 of my pigs. Nothing else had worked with smartie, but this method is going great.

is your cream the 1% one?

Has Melton got this too?

I just posted a simliar question - "small fleshy lump on nose?". I can't really see anything in your picture, but I'm wondering if my girl Melton has the same problem. Her little lump is on the furless, skin bit of the nose, right near her nostrils. The vet had a bit of a scratch at it and it didn't bleed. No idea what it is. Should I be doing something about it? My other piggy is fine (not contageous?)
