Homemade snuggle sack

Just wanted to share a photo of my first homemade snuggle sack. I really feel quite proud. Going to move on to a cuddle cup next!

I used this website but also added wadding in the middle for extra comfort:

It actually didn't take much time at all - maybe an hour and a half from start to finish which I thought was quite good since I hadn't made one before so had many 'stopping and thinking' occasions! Next time will be much faster!

Looks great, I made one recently but out of scrap ends of fleece so doesn't look as pretty, I plan to make a donut bed next

They aren't the greatest, and I think the one on the right could do with being bigger but they do the job lol, excuse the Christmas pattern!

They're in their bedroom spaces now I just put then in the run to see what they made of them for the first time :-p

The homemade sacks are fab.

I used to sew a lot, especially for my children when they were little. Not done any for over ten years so am looking forward to making things for the piggies!
