I wondered if any of you had any suggestions for toys I can make quickly and cheaply for our guinea pigs. At the moment they've got a pigloo and a chew tube in their hutch, but we could do with some toys for their run.
Thanks

we have used an old wicker hanging basket in their cage, hooked it up to the top, so it is tilted on its side, we put excel hay ( the one that has marigold in it ), herbage? and they sit in this.:)

Paper bags (we "rehome" the paper ones you put mushrooms in!) or a toilet roll cut down the middle and stuffed with hay, with veggies in the middle if you want to make it a challenge! Shoe boxes are a hit here too.

Basically, it's the simple things in life that amuse a guinea pig. More tubes (they love running through them), cardboard boxes with holes in, footstools to sit under (I got two for £1 each at B&M stores!), scrunched up newspaper, brown bags like those you get from primark. Basically anything they can sit in, run through, chew up (either paper-based/no inks or specially made nibble dens you can get from petshops) is what they like best! We've been saving the cardboard boxes you get from Aldi if you get a box of the skimmed milk, they're popular. Can always ask your local shops if they have unwanted cardboard boxes you can have - free and fun for the pigs! :)

I'm a terror in lidl, I browse the shelves helping myself to boxes the piggie boys will enjoy playing in and take them though the check out with one item in each lol ( just so they cant say I'm not buying any goods! ) our wilkos does the hide tubes for £1.50 each and they last ages even in the rain! :) ;)

Mine like what everyone else has said too. Teddies are good, especially baby ones that rattle! you can buy balls for rabbits that rattle too. Tunnels, paper bags, boxes, shoe box with a hole in to hide in.
