Homemade Treats

I am going to make my boy some homemade treats

I am going to use
Crushed pellets
Apple
Celery
Hay (can you use any ?)

Does this sound okay

I was going to use some oats but can you use porridge oats and how much?
And how would you store them and for how long ?

I wouldn't feed oats unless they needed it medically - very fattening. However saying that a rare treat is not going to hurt
